President Putin said Viet Nam remains a sincere friend and an important partner of Russia in the Asia-Pacific, stressing that Russia attaches importance to further deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.

Russia’s cooperation with Southeast Asia is steadily expanding, with trade increasing across the region, including with Viet Nam, President Vladimir Putin said on early June 19 (local time).
