On the occasion of the 147th anniversary of Qatar’s National Day (December 18, 1878 - December 18, 2025), President Luong Cuong sent a message of congratulations to Emir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani; Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed Bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani.

A Vietnamese delegation led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Minh Hang attended the Second World Summit for Social Development 2025 that was held in Doha, Qatar, from November 4-6.
