With over 98% of cargo moving through Hai Phong Port still reliant on road transport, unlocking inland waterway transport has become an urgent necessity; this move will open up new “moutlets" for goods and drive sustainable logistics development across the Red River Delta.

Along with the country’s overall success, provinces in the region are implementing multiple solutions to meet and exceed the national export growth target for 2025.
