The new points in Resolution No. 23-NQ/TW on overseas Vietnamese affairs, issued by the Politburo on August 2, 2026, have provided an important policy foundation and significant confidence among the Vietnamese community abroad, while also reflecting a new vision in line with the trend of international integration and Viet Nam’s development in the new era of development.

Prime Minister Le Minh Hung urged Vietnamese diplomatic and representative agencies in India to closely follow the Party’s foreign policy and gain a deep understanding of the host country so that they can provide effective advice and help turn the Viet Nam-India Enhanced Comprehensive Strategic Partnership into concrete results.
