Finance Ministry proposes cutting petrol and oil import tariffs to 0%
The Ministry of Finance has submitted a document to the Ministry of Justice requesting an appraisal of a draft decree amending the most-favoured-nation (MFN) import tariff rates on several petroleum products and raw materials used in fuel production. This move is aimed at responding to global energy supply fluctuations and stabilising the domestic market.
