Tran Huu Hue, a devoted philatelist from Thoai Son commune in An Giang province, has nurtured a lifelong passion for collecting stamps featuring President Ho Chi Minh.

As part of the 2025 National Press Festival, on the morning of June 19, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Viet Nam Journalists’ Association jointly held a ceremony to issue a special stamp in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Vietnamese Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 – June 21, 2025).
