Strategic vision for national development

At its second plenum, the Party Central Committee agreed in principle to transfer Viet Nam Television, the Voice of Viet Nam, the Viet Nam News Agency, the Viet Nam Academy of Social Sciences, and the Viet Nam Academy of Science and Technology from agencies under the Government to public non-business units under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam.
