Thanh Hoa removes bottlenecks and unlocks development resources

Facing a situation where over 300 projects have remained stalled for an extended period—posing risks of losses and waste—Thanh Hoa Province is intensifying its leadership efforts. The province is implementing a strategy defined by the principle of “one consistent approach and six areas of clarity” (clear assignment of personnel, tasks, timelines, responsibilities, authority, and expected deliverables) to guide management and execution, thereby unlocking resources for development.
