Vietnamese sappers on February 14 located three points where victims are buried under debris due to the huge earthquakes in Hatay province, one of the localities hardest hit by the natural disaster in Turkey.

The world is paying great attention to Turkey and Syria and urgently planning to provide the two countries with timely assistance, in sharing their painful losses, as the information regarding the number of casualties from the recent earthquake, is being constantly updated.

President Nguyen Xuan Phuc on October 17 sent a message of condolences to his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan over the coal mine blast in Amasra town, Bartin province.
