Lang Son Geopark, located in the northern province of Lang Son, has recently been designated a UNESCO Global Geopark. This prestigious recognition places it among 229 internationally significant geoparks across 50 countries.

Lang Son Geopark has been officially awarded the title of UNESCO Global Geopark at the headquarters of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) in Paris, France. This milestone opens new opportunities for tourism development in Lang Son.
