From August 29 to September 30, the Viet Nam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism in Doai Phuong Commune, Ha Noi, will host a series of programmes to commemorate the 81st anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam (September 2, 1945–2026).

On August 20, the Ha Noi Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organised a tourism survey and promotion programme at the Viet Nam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism, aiming to connect management agencies, experts, associations and travel businesses, seek new directions for exploitation and turn cultural values into tourism products.

Throughout May, the Viet Nam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism (Doai Phuong Commune, Ha Noi) will host a series of distinctive cultural and artistic events under the theme “Uncle Ho in the Hearts of the People”.

A series of cultural and tourism activities themed “Highland rendezvous” will take place from April 30 to May 3 at the Viet Nam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism in Ha Noi, offering visitors a glimpse into the cultures of ethnic groups in the northern mountainous region.

With its particular nature as a cultural and tourism site where a number of ethnic communities reside, the Viet Nam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism has fully prepared facilities as well as information and communication work for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

Currently, artisans from ethnic groups are directly introducing their customs to welcome Tet (Lunar New Year) through daily activities, rituals, and traditional experiences at the Viet Nam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism, contributing to preserving distinctive cultural values and enhancing the appeal of tourism.

Participating in the “Great National Solidarity – Viet Nam Cultural Heritage” Week and the 2ndMuong Ethnic Cultural Festival, the cultural and artistic exchange space themed “Cultural Colours of Vinh Long Province” has attracted large numbers of visitors to explore and experience its activities.

The Great Solidarity of Ethnic Groups – Vietnamese Cultural Heritage Week 2025, under the theme “Preserving and promoting the cultural identity of the Muong ethnic group in the new era”, is taking place at the Viet Nam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism in Ha Noi, from November 21 to 24.

From October 1 to 31, a series of vibrant activities will take place at the Viet Nam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism (Dong Mo, Ha Noi) under the theme “You are the flower of the mountains.” The programme aims to honour the traditional identity and customs of the 54 ethnic groups within this “Common House.”

A wide variety of activities themed “Happy Independence Day” will be held at the Viet Nam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism in Doai Phuong Commune in Ha Noi from August 30 to September 2.
