Viet Nam stands ready to cooperate with partners in implementing programmes and projects on energy, digital economy, circular economy, knowledge-based economy, and high-quality human resource training, State President Luong Cuong said at a banquet for APEC leaders, hosted by President of the Republic of Korea (ROK) Lee Jae Myung on October 29 evening.

Mentioning the Republic of Korea (RoK) evokes the “Miracle on the Han River” — the story of a nation that rose and developed miraculously at the end of the 20th century. From being a poor country ravaged by war, the RoK today boasts the fourth largest economy in Asia and the tenth largest worldwide.
