Viet Nam's Party and State leaders consistently support and create favourable conditions for closer cooperation between the Organisation Commissions under the Central Committees of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV) and the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP), Party General Secretary and State President To Lam said while receiving Sisay Leudetmounsone, Politburo member, Secretary of the LPRP Central Committee and Head of its Organisation Commission, in Ha Noi on July 29.

Prime Minister Le Minh Hung on July 29 received Sisay Leudetmounsone, Politburo member, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP) and head of its Organisation Commission, who is on a working visit to Viet Nam.

The General Secretary and President affirmed that Viet Nam would continue to provide assistance within its capacity to help Laos maintain macroeconomic stability, strengthen governance and achieve sustainable development.

A delegation from the Lao Embassy in the Republic of Korea (RoK) on August 28, led by Ambassador Songkane Luangmuninthone, visited and extended congratulations to the staff of the Vietnamese Embassy in the RoK on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam (September 2, 1945 – 2025).

Laos’ peace, stability, and prosperity today are owed in large part to the deep, sincere, and wholehearted support and cooperation from Viet Nam, said Lao Ambassador to Australia Chatoulong Bouasisavath.
