General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam Central Committee and President To Lam on August 28 sent condolences to the Queen and the Royal Family of Norway over the passing of King Harald V.

Viet Nam is one of the strongest partners of Norway in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Norwegian Minister of International Development Åsmund Aukrust told the Viet Nam News Agency on the occasion of his working visit to Viet Nam.
