Minister of National Defence General Phan Van Giang performed the ceremony of saluting and painting milestone 171 at the Moc Bai International Border Gate on November 14, marking the start of activities under the second Viet Nam–Cambodia Border Defence Friendship Exchange, held in Bavet city, Svay Rieng province, Cambodia.

Young officers from Viet Nam and Cambodia on November 11 participated in various joint activities at the Moc Bai International Border Gate in the southern province of Tay Ninh of Viet Nam, as part of the second Viet Nam–Cambodia Border Defence Friendship Exchange.

The Ministries of National Defence of Viet Nam and Cambodia have reached a comprehensive agreement on the organisation of the second Viet Nam–Cambodia Border Defence Friendship Exchange, set to take place on November 13–14.
