On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of Viet Nam’s August Revolution and National Day, Uch Leang, Acting Director of the Asia-Africa and Middle East Research Department at the Cambodia Institute of International Relations under the Royal Academy of Cambodia (RAC), published an article in Khmer Times praising Viet Nam’s achievements.
