Effective implementation of the Law on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy
The year 2025 marks the midpoint in the implementation of the National Programme on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy for the 2019–2030 period (VNEEP 3). The Government’s goal is that, by 2030, relevant agencies will implement decisive measures to save 7–10% of the country’s total energy consumption.
