Toll collection will be conducted in accordance with the law for expressways owned by the state and directly managed and operated by the state. The five sections where toll collection will be applied include: Mai Son-National Highway 45; National Highway 45-Nghi Son; Nghi Son-Dien Chau; Vinh Hao-Phan Thiet; and Phan Thiet-Dau Giay.

Regarding tolls, the Phan Thiet-Dau Giay section applies fees ranging from 1,300 to 5,200 VND/km depending on the vehicle type. The remaining four sections, namely Mai Son-National Highway 45, National Highway 45-Nghi Son, Nghi Son-Dien Chau, and Vinh Hao-Phan Thiet, apply fees ranging from 900 to 3,600 VND/km.

Toll collection is implemented synchronously using an electronic toll collection (ETC) system, with a modern model including multi-lane free-flow ETC entry (no barriers) and single-lane ETC exit (with barriers), without manual toll lanes.

The toll collection system is interconnected with the network of the Vietnam Expressway Investment and Development Corporation and BOT investors currently operating, ensuring stable and unified operation throughout the system. In the initial phase, the management agency will assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to promptly address any technical issues that arise, and simultaneously establish a 24/7 on-site response team.
