Vice President visits border guards in Binh Phuoc Province

Hoang Dieu Border Station is responsible for managing nearly 22 kilometres of borderline with Cambodia.

During the visit, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan praised the performance of the Hoang Dieu border guards as well as the border defence force of Binh Phuoc Province in general.

The VP noted that Binh Phuoc has a strategic location in terms of economic development, defence-security, and external relations.

She asked the border guards to have a firm grasp of border security situation, enhance their capacity and responsibility to better meet the requirements of the new situation.

The State leader also urged the border guards to forge closer links with the people such that each person acts as a soldier protecting national border security.

On the same day, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan offered incense at the Ta Thiet revolutionary base and visited several policy beneficiaries in Loc Ninh District.
