Accordingly, the airline’s system will automatically send passengers’ Zalo account a message updating the flight schedule. Message status will be checked and reported back to the system five minutes after that.
If the message is unread, the system will also send an SMS to passengers’ account.
The carrier also recommends passengers update flight information at www.vietjetair.com, by clicking ‘Manage my booking’ tab.
Currently, the airline boasts a fleet of 28 aircraft, including Airbus A320s and A321s planes and operates about 190 flights daily.
The carrier has so far served about 18 million passengers on 35 domestic and international routes, including Thailand, Singapore, the Republic of Korea, Taiwan (China), China and Myanmar.
