Vietnamese contestant crowned Miss Intercontinental 2022

The final round of the Miss Intercontinental 2022 was officially held in Egypt on the night of October 14, with a competition of 71 contestants from various countries around the world.

Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc is the first runner-up of Miss World Vietnam 2022, leaving for the 50th Miss Intercontinental contest, held at Sunrise Diamond Beach Resort, Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt.

The title of first runner-up belongs to Mariela Pepin from Puerto Rico. The title of second runner-up was awarded to Brazilian contestant Cecília Almeida. Nigerian representative Joy Raimi won third runner-up.

Meanwhile, Tatjana Genrich of Germany won fourth runner-up and Venezuelan contestant Emmy Carrero won fifth runner-up.

In the contest, Bao Ngoc excelled in the content, especially the behaviour with excellent English presentation skills.

Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc was born on June 18, 2001, in Can Tho and is a student at the Faculty of Business Management at the International University of Ho Chi Minh City. Bao Ngoc has an IELTS score of 8.0.

She also reached the top 20 of Miss Vietnam 2020. Bao Ngoc is the most prominent contestant in the contests, in which she has participated, with a height of 1.85m.

She is also the first Vietnamese representative to be crowned Miss Intercontinental 2022.

This is the third victory of the Vietnamese representative in the Miss International arena. Before Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc, Nguyen Phuong Khanh won Miss Earth 2018 and Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien was crowned Miss Grand International 2021.
