Vietnamese students spread Vietnam language teaching movement in Russia

The closing ceremony of the 'Tieng Viet Vui" (Interesting Vietnamese) programme took place in Moscow, on September 10.

This is a Vietnamese language course for children of the Vietnamese community in Russia, during the summer of 2023, organised and taught by Vietnamese students studying in Russia.

Attending the ceremony were Nguyen Hai Dang, Deputy Secretary of the Vietnamese Party Committee in Russia; Mai Nguyen Tuyet Hoa, First Secretary of the Vietnamese Embassy in Russia in charge of education; along with all the parents and students from the Vietnamese community, participating in the course.

The "Tieng Viet Vui" programme is a model of teaching Vietnamese to children of the Vietnamese community in Russia.

Speaking at the event, Nguyen Hai Dang highly appreciated the initiative to organize the 'Tieng Viet Vui' programme, for Vietnamese students in Russia. He affirmed that the programme created a useful learning environment for Vietnamese children in Russia, helping them to speak in Vietnamese and understand the culture of Vietnam.

Mai Nguyen Tuyet Hoa praised the enthusiasm and dynamism of Vietnamese students, in "fueling" the Vietnamese language teaching and learning movement, in Russia.
