Vietnam’s benchmark VN-Index continued its decline on September 14, falling by 1.18% to 1,223.81 points.

The total trading volume on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange came in at over 26.989 trillion VND (1.11 billion USD), down 9% from the previous session.

The number of losers was four times higher than winners, at 409 vs 99.

In Hanoi, the HNX-Index dropped by 1.66% to 251.86 points, with 55 gainers and 147 losers. The total trading volume on the Hanoi bourse reached 2,563.8 billion VND (105.4 million USD).

The UpCoM-Index of unlisted public companies fell by 0.57% to 93.65 points.
