Trading on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HoSE) rose by 13% to 23.02 trillion VND (947.71 million USD).
The VN30 basket, comprising the 30 largest capped stocks, saw 25 tickers dropped.
The HNX-Index for stocks on the Hanoi Stock Exchange dropped 1.16% while the UPCoM-Index for the Unlisted Public Companies Market fell 1.03%.
