Specifically, in August 2025, VSDC issued securities trading codes to 273 foreign investors and foreign-invested economic organisations holding more than 50% of charter capital, including 24 organisations and 249 individuals.
In addition, VSDC approved information changes for 68 foreign investors (12 organisations and 56 individuals), and cancelled securities trading codes for 10 foreign investors (five organisations and five individuals).
Previously, according to VSDC statistics, in the second quarter of 2025, VSDC issued securities trading codes to 572 foreign investors (including 58 organisations and 514 individuals).
It also cancelled securities trading codes for 11 foreign investors (including nine organisations and two individuals).
According to VSDC, the current number of securities trading codes stands at 50,670 (6,228 organisations and 44,442 individuals).
