Specifically, in June 2025, VSDC issued securities trading codes to 187 foreign investors and foreign-invested economic organisations holding more than 50% of charter capital (including 18 organisations and 169 individuals).
In addition, VSDC approved changes to the information of 72 foreign investors (19 organisations and 53 individuals), and revoked securities trading codes for four foreign investors (three organisations and one individual).
The total number of securities trading codes currently stands at 50,204 (6,183 organisations and 44,021 individuals).
Thus, in the second quarter of 2025, the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation granted securities trading codes to 572 foreign investors (including 58 organisations and 514 individuals).
Securities trading codes were revoked for 11 foreign investors (nine organisations and two individuals).
The total number of securities trading codes currently stands at 50,204 (6,183 organisations and 44,021 individuals).
