Brazillian President to pay state visit to Vietnam
President of Brazil Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva will pay a state visit to Vietnam from March 27-29, the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on March 23.

The visit will be made at the invitation of State President Luong Cuong.
Major Cuban media outlets, including Prensa Latina, ACN, Juventud Rebelde and Granma – the official organ of the Communist Party of Cuba – have given extensive coverage of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV), highlighting the Party’s leadership role in guiding Viet Nam into a new stage of development.
