According to the Council, the topic features theoretical and practical significance; an interdisciplinary and scientific approach; and new and unique elements, building on the basic concepts of Party inspection culture with high scientific content and practical application.

The research results of the project can be immediately applied to the Party Central Committee's Inspection Commission and expanded to party committees and inspection committees at all levels, thus contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of inspection, investigation, and supervision in the new situation.

Receiving comments from scientists on the project, Deputy Chairman Nghiem Phu Cuong said that the Party’s inspection culture is built and developed on the basis of Party culture and Vietnamese culture.

From a cultural perspective, the Party’s inspection, supervision, and discipline work also targets the true cultural values ​​of society. As such, building culture in the Party’s inspection, supervision, and discipline work is a necessary task for inspection committees at all levels and for each inspection officer, he added.
