Deputy PM presents gifts to national contributors in Thua Thien Hue

Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai paid a visit to a nursing centre that cares for those who have rendered services to the nation in the Central province of Thua Thien Hue on July 23, on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Invalids and Fallen Soldiers’ Day (July 27, 1947-2022).

The Deputy PM expressed his deepest gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of wounded and sick soldiers and people with meritorious service to the revolution across the country and throughout Thua Thien Hue in particular.

He said that the Party, State and army always pay great attention to caring for wounded and sick soldiers and the families of martyrs and those who made contributions to the revolution.

On the occasion, the Deputy PM presented gifts to 15 wounded and sick soldiers and people with meritorious service to the revolution at the centre.

Also on the same day, Deputy PM Le Minh Khai visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Tuyet in Thuy Phuong Ward, Huong Thuy Town, and Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, Tran Phong in Phu Nhuan Ward, and Le Thi Thu Hanh in Tay Loc Ward, Hue City.
