The workshop aimed to collect broad opinions from scientists, managers, experts, and tourism business organisations in the Mekong Delta in assessing the current status of human resources in the tourism sector and the issue of law enforcement on tourism in tourist areas, destinations, and businesses in the region.

Many presentations at the workshop proposed tasks and solutions for developing human resources, especially high-quality human resources in the Mekong Delta.

They also proposed solutions for orienting training work in line with reality and, at the same time, improving and updating legal knowledge on tourism to ensure effective, sustainable and legal tourism development.

At the workshop, seven presentations were given directly, and delegates discussed and contributed ideas, with the content revolving around the presentations to form tasks and solutions for developing high-quality human resources in the Mekong Delta.
