The conference was chaired by Politburo members: Prime Minister Le Minh Hung, former Head of the PCC’s Organisation Commission; and Secretary of the PCC and Head of the PCC’s Organisation Commission Nguyen Duy Ngoc.
Speaking at the conference, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung emphasised that during the 13th term, the PCC’s Organisation Commission closely followed the PCC’s directives, striving and determined to complete a very large volume of work, including many new, difficult, and unprecedented tasks, making a significant contribution to the successful implementation of the Party’s 13th National Congress Resolution.
These results are the culmination of unity, discipline, and a spirit of innovation. The Committee completed hundreds of projects and tasks submitted to the PCC, the Politburo, and the Secretariat, providing a basis for advising on the issuance of PCC’s policies on Party building and organisation. In particular, the volume of projects and tasks from May 2024 to the present accounts for more than 61% of the total for the entire term.
PM Le Minh Hung expressed his confidence that, with his sharp intellect, decisiveness, and extensive practical experience, Nguyen Duy Ngoc, together with the leadership team of the Commission, will continue to maintain and further develop the achievements already attained; inherit the glorious tradition, maintain unity and cohesion, and uphold the scientific and responsible working methods of the Commission; and at the same time, develop creative solutions to address new issues arising in Party building work; and continue to pay attention to and nurture the staff of the Commission and the entire sector, possessing sufficient qualities and prestige to meet the demands of the tasks in the new era of national development.
For his part, Head of the PCC’s Organisation Commission Nguyen Duy Ngoc affirmed that he will continue to inherit the achievements, experiences, work practices, and valuable spirit of unity of the Commission throughout the years; and will fully accept the handover of all work contents as prescribed.
Immediately after the handover ceremony, he will join the leadership team of the Committee to immediately begin work, focusing on implementing the Committee’s key tasks in accordance with the four requirements of General Secretary and President To Lam at the decision announcement ceremony and the opinions of Comrade Le Minh Hung; determined to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Politburo, especially the key tasks for 2026.
