Politburo member, Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV) Central Committee and Chairman of its Organisation Commission Nguyen Duy Ngoc and Politburo member, Secretary of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP) Central Committee and head of its Organisation Commission Sisay Leudetmounsone held talks in Ha Noi on July 28.
