Party organizations in private enterprises are not intended to replace the management role of the Board of Directors or the leadership team, but rather to serve as a pillar of value, contributing to the formation of a foundation for sustainable development.

The Party Organisation of the northern province of Bac Ninh on September 30 kicked off its first congress for the 2025 – 2030 tenure, bringing together 449 delegates representing more than 156,000 Party members from 103 subordinate Party organisations.

The first congress of the Party Organisation of Lao Cai province for the 2025–2030 tenure wrapped up on September 30, agreeing on five key tasks, three breakthrough steps, and ten specific measures to transform the province into a growth pole and a development hub in the north.

The first congress of the National Assembly (NA) Party Organisation for the 2025–2030 tenure opened in Ha Noi on September 25 with the participation of 297 delegates representing more than 2,800 Party members across the organisation.

Up to now, three out of the 11 Party organisations under the NA’s Party organisation have successfully held congresses for the 2025–2030 term.
