Accordingly, the city agreed with the proposal of the Department of Construction in Report No. 328/BC-SXD dated October 17, 2025 on the plan to increase public passenger transport during the fair. The Department of Construction is assigned to preside over and coordinate with the City Police, Department of Finance, Department of Culture and Sports, People’s Committee of Dong Anh Commune, Viet Nam Exposition Centre Joint Stock Company and related units to organise and implement the plan to ensure smooth, safe and convenient traffic for people and tourists.
Bus routes will be enhanced to connect from the city centre and the east, west, and south of the city to the VEC. During the implementation process, units are required to proactively adjust the frequency, means, and routes to suit the reality; at the same time, promote information and widely propagate the schedule and route serving the fair so that people can easily access and use it.
The City Police have been assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to deploy plans to ensure traffic order and safety, security, order, fire prevention and fighting in the VEC area and connecting routes, to avoid congestion and incidents during the fair.
The Department of Finance has been assigned to coordinate and guide agencies and units in the implementation process, ensuring the use of funds in an effective manner, and in accordance with regulations.
