The NA Vice Chairwoman appreciated achievements Phuc Tho district has made in the past years particularly in 2015 including management reforms and building effective economic development models.
The district's economic growth rate in 2015 expanded by 10% compared to 2014 with the average income per capita reaching nearly VND30 million (US$1,350) per year.
As an agriculture-based locality, Phuc Tho should put forth preferential mechanisms to encourage and attract more investment in agriculture aligned with assisting farmers in applying technology in agricultural production, Ngan said.
