At the invitation of the Turkish Ministry of National Defence, a high-level Vietnamese defence delegation led by Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Central Military Commission’s Standing Board, and Deputy Minister of National Defence, attended the 2025 International Defence Industry Fair (IDEF-2025) in Istanbul, Turkey.
