In Pictures: “Building Tet 2026” in Ho Chi Minh City focuses on care for workers in and beyond construction sector

On the afternoon of December 23, Nhan Dan Newspaper, the Ho Chi Minh City Press Centre, and Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company held a ceremony to sign a memorandum of understanding, joining hands to expand the scale of the “Building Tet 2026” programme in Ho Chi Minh City, with a focus on caring for workers both within and outside the construction industry.

This is the fourth year the programme has been implemented, with the aim of continuing to spread positive humanitarian values and accompanying the workforce in caring for both the material and spiritual lives of workers.

According to Le Nam Tu, the “Building Tet 2026” programme not only provides care during the Tet holiday but also pays attention to workers throughout the year, including equipping them with skills for production and labour, and supporting medical examinations and treatment so that workers maintain good health and strong morale, contributing to the building of a civilised, green, clean and beautiful Ho Chi Minh City.
