[In Pictures] Hanoians overwhelmed by light show using 2,024 drones

Two-thousand and twenty-four drones symbolise the Year of the Dragon, brightening the entire sky of West Lake.

The drone performance is among the largest in Southeast Asia and is anticipated to provide the public with a never-before-seen dazzling display during the Lunar New Year holiday.

The show will officially take place on the evening of February 9 (Lunar New Year’s Eve).

The public can enjoy the show from 11:30 pm along Nguyen Dinh Thi and Trich Sai Streets.

The Lunar New Year’s Eve drone light show is followed by a firework display expected to last 15 minutes just after midnight.
