On the morning of August 10, in Ha Noi, a high-level delegation of the Vietnamese Party and State, led by Tran Cam Tu—Politburo member and Permanent Member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat—visited the Lao Embassy to pay tribute to and sign the condolence book for late Lao National Assembly President Saysomphone Phomvihane.
