In the elegant setting of the UK Royal Navy ship welcome event in Ho Chi Minh City, many international guests expressed their delight as they sampled Vinamilk’s refreshing gelato, yoghurt drinks, and kombucha tea for the first time.
Docked at Nha Rong Port (Ho Chi Minh City), HMS Richmond, a multi-role frigate of the UK Royal Navy, began its friendly visit on the morning of September 22. The visit coincides with the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the UK-Viet Nam strategic partnership, underscoring diplomatic commitment and strengthened security and defence cooperation. In the outdoor event setting, Vinamilk’s gelato proved the most sought-after treat. Inspired by Italy’s famous gelato, it delighted international guests with its soft, creamy texture and rich flavour that won them over instantly. Lt Oliver Thomas of HMS Richmond (left) expressed a particular liking for Vinamilk Green Farm’s drinking yoghurt. “The yoghurt is delicious, fresh and smooth.” A Vinamilk representative noted that this is the first and only product in Viet Nam fermented with six live cultures and European probiotics. Its fragrant tea aroma, gentle effervescence and pleasantly tangy flavour made it an intriguing catalyst for international conversations.
