Global gold prices extended their decline on October 8 amid strong profit-taking pressure from investors, trading at 4,123.5 USD per ounce. In the domestic market, SJC gold bar and ring prices remained unchanged after yesterday’s sharp fall, quoted at 143 million VND per tael and 142.5 million VND per tael, respectively.
