Infographic: VN-Index up 0.57% on April 17

According to the Ministry of Finance, state budget revenue in the first nine months of 2025 was estimated at 1,887.9 trillion VND, up 27.9% year-on-year and equivalent to 96% of the annual estimate. While domestic revenue and import–export revenue maintained positive momentum, disbursement of development investment spending remained sluggish, reaching only 53.7% of the plan.
