Leaders extend congratulations to Kuwait on National Day

President Nguyen Xuan Phuc sent a congratulatory message to Emir of the State of Kuwait Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on February 25, on the occasion of the 61st National Day of the State of Kuwait.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also extended his congratulations to Prime Minister of the State of Kuwait Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.

On the same day, Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son cabled a message of congratulations to Foreign Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs of Kuwait Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah.
