Themed “Colours of the wonder”, the 2022 Ha Long Winter Carnival is one of the tourism products of Ha Long city during winter. It is expected to attract a large number of visitors during the Christmas occasion.
At this year’s carnival, a large and mobile stage will accompany the actors, actresses and flower cars, with a total length of about 900 metres.
The art performances will combine the national traditional cultural values and modern and vibrant musical styles.

The spaces on Tuan Chau Island will be vibrant with a series of lively programmes by DJs and street art performances.
