Since the beginning of the tenure, the Organisation Commission has submitted 79 projects and missions while advising on the issuance of 72 documents, contributing to perfecting the Party’s regulations on organisational and Party building work. Besides, a major focus has been placed on preparations for the upcoming Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress, ensuring a harmonious and comprehensive approach across content, personnel, and organisation plans.

The conference highlighted significant improvements in cadre management, comprising more transparent and democratic personnel selection processes, better personnel planning, enhanced training programmes, and stricter oversight of leadership positions.

Additionally, the commission witnessed significant progress in consolidating and strengthening the grassroots-level Party organisations and enhancing the quality of Party members. Special emphasis was placed on developing new party members with strong political ideology and ethical qualities that meet the requirements of the new developmental stage.

In preparation for the new era – the era of the nation’s rise, the commission will continue making efforts to complete the Party building missions, enhance internal political protection, step up communications work and research on building a strong Party.

Delegates at the conference laid stress on the significance of developing a cadre team for the Party building and organisation work with a strong political mettle, professional capabilities, and unwavering commitment to the Party's objectives.
