Party official meets voters in Quang Ninh Province

At the meeting, Politburo member Nguyen Xuan Thang informed voters of the results of the implementation of the country’s socio-economic plans in the first half of 2023.

He noted that Quang Ninh was a bright spot in the first six months of this year, especially in terms of budget revenue, economic development, and the construction of cultural, education, and medical projects, thus making great contributions to the common development of the nation.

At the meeting, Quang Ninh Province’s voters expressed their pleasure at the achievements that the country has gained and kept in the first half of 2023 as well as highly valued the outcomes of the 15th legislature's fifth session with appropriate decisions covering various issues.

Quang Ninh Province’s voters wished that the NA and Government will continue to pay attention to further promote the effectiveness of the fight against corruption and negativity as well as propose drastic solutions to existing problems such as land levelling procedures for projects, liquidation of public assets, building land prices for urban areas, stable electricity supply for socio-economic development, removal of difficulties for enterprises, land valuation, and support for fishermen in fishing and aquaculture.
