At the meeting, Nguyen Hoai Anh, Deputy Director-Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Su That National Political Publishing House, said that over the years, the publishing house has organised the publication of a number of books about Cuba and Cuba's leader; book publications of the Theoretical Workshop between the Communist Parties of Vietnam and Cuba compiled by The Party Central Committee's Theoretical Council.
He voiced his wish that the relationship between Su That National Political Publishing House and the Cuban Embassy in Vietnam will continue to be strengthened and enhanced; thereby expanding the space for propaganda and promotion of political theory books in Cuba and in Vietnam, helping readers of the two countries have more reference materials to learn about the two countries and two peoples, thus contributing to tightening the great traditional friendship between Vietnam and Cuba.
Cuban Ambassador to Vietnam Orlando Nicolás Hernández Guillén thanked the delegation of Su That National Political Publishing House for visiting and exchanging important information about the cooperation between the two sides.
Cuban Ambassador to Vietnam Orlando Nicolás Hernández Guillén vows to be a bridge to help publishing house establish cooperative relationships with a number of publishing agencies in Cuba such that the two sides can jointly explore topics and introduce and publish good books to serve the needs of readers of the two countries, in order to effectively implement the agreement on exchange and cooperation between the Communist Parties of Vietnam and Cuba, and at the same time help people better understand the relationship cooperation between the two countries.
In his capacity as Cuban Ambassador to Vietnam, Orlando Nicolás Hernández Guillén expressed his support and will create the best possible conditions to contribute to bringing the comprehensive cooperation between Su That National Political Publishing House and the Cuban Embassy in Vietnam to new heights.
Also at the meeting, the delegates discussed issues related to the organisation of book translation and publication, the method of giving books to the Cuban side and some contents that actively contribute to further strengthening the friendship, solidarity and mutual understanding between the two Parties and peoples of Vietnam and Cuba.
On the occasion, Nguyen Hoai Anh, Deputy Director-Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Su That National Political Publishing House presented Cuban Ambassador to Vietnam Orlando Nicolás Hernández Guillén with a number of publications in Spanish.
