Vietnamese students in Russia offer flowers in tribute to President Ho Chi Minh

Vietnamese students studying at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia held a flower offering ceremony at the monument of President Ho Chi Minh in Moscow on May 15 paying tribute to the leader on the occasion of his 132nd birthday (May 19, 1890-2022).

The students spent a minute of silence in memory of President Ho Chi Minh, the beloved leader of the nation; reviewed the main events and stages of his revolutionary activities; as well as expressed their respect and gratitude for the merits of President Ho Chi Minh and the heroic martyrs who have devoted themselves to the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

They also respectfully offered him fresh flowers and reported on their achievements obtained in the past year; and promised to continue to make efforts to study and practice in the future.

Also on May 15, Vietnamese students from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics held a flower-offering ceremony in tribute to President Ho Chi Minh.
