Themed ‘Spring comes to Villages’, the programme will gather around 100 individuals from 16 ethnic groups nationwide
The highlight of the event includes a tree planting festival – a traditional custom conveying the wish for a peaceful, happy and harmonious new year.
Visitors to the village can enjoy local specialties, traditional dishes, typical delicacies of ethnic groups, and take part in various folk games, folk singing and dances.
Spaces for celebrating Tet decorated in accordance with customs and traditions of the ethnic groups of Nung, Tay, Dao, Mong, Muong, Lao, Thai, Kho Mu, Ta Oi, Ba Na, Xo Dang, Gia Rai, Co Tu, Raglai, E De and Khmer, will also be showcased in the village on the occasion.
