The programme had the participation of 15 leading domestic and foreign distribution units and e-commerce platforms such as Central Retail, AEON, Winmart, Bach Hoa Xanh, Lotte, Lulu Vietnam, Amazon.com, Alibaba.com, and Lazada.
In particular, the event attracted up to 659 connection registrations from businesses, showing great interest and demand in expanding the distribution network of food and foodstuff businesses.
Speaking at the programme, Dao Minh Chanh, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Centre for Trade and Investment Promotion, emphasised that the trade connection programme provides a valuable opportunity for Vietnamese enterprises to seek and develop product consumption markets, both at home and abroad.
At the same time, HCMC FOODEX 2025 is committed to supporting and promoting the presence of high-quality Vietnamese products on the shelves of reputable distribution systems and supermarkets, as well as on international e-commerce platforms.
