A thematic exhibition entitled “President Ho Chi Minh and Key Historical Milestones in 1946” opened in Hue City on August 28.

Eighty years ago, on January 6, 1946, voters across the country were moved and proud to hold in their hands for the first time the ballots to elect the National Assembly — the highest organ of state power of the Democratic Republic of Viet Nam.
